By registering for or using ERP by Astech Services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Astech Services provides a multi-tenant cloud-based ERP platform for business management including inventory, sales, invoicing, accounting, HR, and AI-powered business tools accessible at erp.astechservices.in.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each organization gets its own isolated tenant environment.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. All payments are processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Your business data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without your consent. Each tenant's data is isolated at the database level. We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Astech Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
